• Your WhatsApp phone number and the name on your WhatsApp profile.
• The messages, photos, documents and other files you send us, with their times and delivery status.
• Whether you agreed to receive messages from us, and whether you opted out.
• Notes, tags and details our team adds to help us serve you (for example your order or enquiry).

How we use it

• To answer your questions and give you support.
• To send you updates you asked for, such as order, appointment or account notifications.
• To send offers or announcements only if you agreed to receive them. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• To keep our service secure, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

WhatsApp and Meta

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is provided by Meta. Messages travel through Meta's systems, and Meta handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive the messages and details described above.

Who can see your information

Only our team members who need it to help you, based on their role. Our systems are protected with sign-in, role-based access, encrypted connections and an activity log. We may share information with service providers who host or operate our systems on our behalf, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep conversations and related records for as long as we need them to serve you and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
