User data deletion

Last updated 15 October 2026

You can ask our business to delete the personal information we hold about you from our WhatsApp messaging system. This page explains how.

How to ask

  1. Send us a WhatsApp message from the number you want deleted that says DELETE MY DATA, or contact us using the details below.
  2. We may ask you to confirm that the request really comes from you.
  3. We delete your information and confirm when it is done.
  • Message us on WhatsApp and we will respond.

What we delete

  • Your conversations with us, including messages, photos and files.
  • Your contact record: name, phone number, tags and notes.

How long it takes

We act on a request within 30 days. Copies in routine backups are removed when those backups expire.

What we may have to keep

Where the law requires us to keep a record, such as an invoice or payment record, we keep only that part for as long as the law requires.

Data held by WhatsApp

WhatsApp and Meta keep their own copies of your messages under their own policies. To manage those, use WhatsApp's settings or contact WhatsApp directly. Deleting a chat on your phone does not delete our copy, which is why you should ask us as described above.
